Since we rarely watch network television, I had no idea this was on in the late spring early summer, and randomly found it on Netflix while searching for new series to watch. What a fun surprise!
The best way to describe this series is a 13 hour campy horror film with mild suspense and decent acting and story line. Sure there is plenty of "well, where the hell are the rest of the islands inhabitants" and that kind of questioning, but over all, it was an entertaining experience. And since it was on network television, it wasn't super gory as most horror flicks are prone to these days. There was just enough camp to make it fun, and just enough suspense to keep us curious.
Next up, True Blood Season 2. sweeeeeet.
I caught that series when it aired. It WAS fun. Haven't gotten in to True Blood. Good?

I've really been struggling with NaBloPoMo, which is why you are getting posts about my husband's new utility knife - although it did honestly crack me up. But I do look forward to you recapping True Blood because I lost track of that.
