Don't you love the "artisan bread in 5 mins a day" method? I always have bread dough in the fridge. Our favorite thing to do with it is make "naan". (See the recipe in the book.) It's great for the days when we get home already after lunch time and want something to eat. 3 minutes and there is warm naan awaiting sunflower seed butter spread!
