Short and sweet tonight. A bad night of sleep last night leaves me tired and ready for bed, hopeful that I'll sleep better. 1. Early morning snuggles. Especially combined with a slightly later than average wake up. 6:40 is still better than 6:15! 2. Seeing your daughter grow before your eyes. Multiple times today she picked up an object she'd thrown when asked gently. This is huge around here! 3. Sensing really huge shifts in a patient while doing cranial work. Always an honor. 4. Yoga. 5. Binding off the body of a sweater for me...however once I tried it on off of the needles it may be too short. Progress is progress, even in the face of ripping it out!
