I've tried C25K and my body just doesn't seem to cooperate with running. But I think I know where my bliss is, I just have to get my gear in order.

And I"m so with you. You've got this Momma. You've got this. I love you.

Love! I started running a couple of years ago doing the interval training thing you are doing. It is awesome, eh?! The endorphins are fantastic! Which reminds me, I oughtta get back to it (and boxing) now that my body is healing from my crash. Have you tried boxing? You might love that, too!


Boxing? a year ago I would have been all over it as a way to release all of the pissed off pent up energy I had. Now Im so much more zen, I doubt it would have the same hold. But... running took me by surprise!
